1 14.75 -ounce can of Pink Salmon
· 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
· 2 Tbsp. olive oil
· 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
· 1 egg
· 1/2 Original or Cajun Tasty Delite Season Coating Mix
Mix all ingredients except for the seasoned coating and olive oil.
Form mixture into small patties, coat thoroughly with Tasty Delite season coating mix.
Cook approximately 2 1/2 minutes on each side until done. Place on paper towel to cool.
