Take 1 lb. of Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
· 1/3 cup of Original or Cajun Tasty Delite Season Coating Mix
· 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
· 1/4 Cup Celery
· 1/4 Cup Green Pepper
· 1 large egg
· 2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients together except for one 8 oz. can of Tomato Sauce. Place in loaf pan, bake in pre-heated oven for 45-60 minutes. About 10 minutes before removal from oven, spread an 8-oz can of tomato sauce evenly over the Meatloaf. Cool, Slice and Serve.
